Q:Do I need to register before placing an order?

A:You can place the order anonymously.

Q:How to choose a appropriate size
A:Please check the detailed measurements listed in product descriptions. Sizes of different items differ.
Q:What is free size ?
A:It means there is only one size available for the item. Generally a Medium size fits the majority of customers. It is suggested to check the product details to see the detailed measurements.

Q: Where are your items made?
A: Some are all US, some are a hybrid of US and Mexico, some are all Mexico, some are Vietnam. Labor rate increases in the US have made it very hard to produce our packs locally in volume. Finding US suppliers to handle volume is tricky, getting access to the required materials is tricky, even customs for export is a penalty in many occasions making in the US vs abroad. It's a crazy world in the manufacturing side and we're always up for elaborating further on this if you're curious!

What countries do you ship to?

A:Now we can easily ship to 7 countries: United States, United Kingdom, Italy, Germany, France, Canada and Australia in very fast time. Also we can ship to other worldwide countries not including Africa.

Q:Does you ship to multiple addresses?

A:We are only able to deliver to one address per order. We suggest that you place a separate order for each destination.

Q:What delivery companies do you use?

A:DHL,UPS, USPS, Postal Mail, etc

Q:How much is the shipping fees?

A:It depends on weight and distance. The exact fees can be seen when choosing the shipping method.In general,free shipping on orders over $49.

Q:Does UPS/DHL require a signature on delivery?

A:DHL requires signature of receiver, while UPS usually drops package at your yard/front door/porch when your are not home to receive the package.
